Achilleas Karaoulanis graduated from the School for Tourism Studies in Thrace and attended postgraduate seminars in Switzerland in the filed of “Food & Beverage Management Inter Consulting Hotelier Tourism design”. Following his studies he specialized in the field of bar management and mixology in New York’s International Bartending School. He has worked as an F&B manager for some of the biggest hotels in Greece as well as a bar manager in restaurants, bars and clubs of the country and gained experience as a trainer for the Organisation of Tourism Training of the Greek Ministry of Tourism. He is a member of the International Bartenders Association in Greece and abroad and an Accredited I.B.A. trainer. For a period of time he was General Secretary and a member of I.B.A. in Greece. He has been awarded in many Greek and international bartending competitions the last 15 years organising mIXOLOGY COMPETITIONS /
